NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE PASSING VEHICLE #2 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL ON THE SLUSH COVERED BRIDGE DECK AND STRUCK VEHICLE #2 IN THE DRIVER'S DUALS. VEHICLE #1 THEN DID A CIRCLE AND ENDED UP IN THE MEDIAN. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN HER CHEST AREA. DALLAS CO AMBULANCE ARRIVED AND SHE REFUSED TREATMENT.
