VEHICLE # 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-35 WHEN HE LOST CONTROL ENTERED THE EAST DITCH STRIKING A TREE. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST FACING IN SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION.
