NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TAKING THE RAMP FROM EASTBOUND HIGHWAY 30 TO SOUTHBOUND I35. UNIT #1 HAD DEFECTIVE TIRES, WHICH HAD VERY LITTLE TREAD AT ALL. THE ROADWAY WAS WET DUE TO RAIN. UNIT #1 LOST CONTROL IN THE CURVE DUE TO THE TIRES NOT BEING ABLE TO GET TRACTION. UNIT #1 ENTERED THE WEST DITCH WHERE IT WENT THROUGH A FENCE, AND THEN CAME BACK THROUGH THE FENCE A SECOND TIME.
