UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 NORTH OF THE 140 MILE-MARKER WHEN THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1; LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE ON SLUSH COVERED ROADWAY, LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT, ENTERED THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH, AND ROLLED ON ITS SIDE. SEATBELT USAGE PREVENTED SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
