VEHS #1 & #2 WERE BOTH WEST BOUND ON INTERSTATE 80. VEH #1 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE PASSING VEH #2, VEH#1 DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF VEH AND STRUCK VEH#2 . BOTH VEHS CAME TO REST ON WEST BOUND SHOULDER.
