NARRATIVE

Vehicle one was going north on I-29 in the right hand lane, approaching a slower vehicle. Mr. Fried began to make a lane change into the left lane. Vehicle one hit some slush between the lanes. Vehicle one began to fishtail. Mr. Fried applied the brakes, losing control of vehicle one. Vehicle one went off the road to the right and into the east ditch. The left rear of vehicle one struck a metal post causing minor damage to vehicle one. Vehicle one came to rest in the ditch. Mr. Fried tried to drive vehicle one out of the ditch, but became stuck.
