NARRATIVE

ON 03-05-2011 AT APPROXIMATELY 1858 HRS VEHICLE ONE WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON 14TH ST. VEHICLE TWO WAS TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON JACKSON ST. VEHICLE ONE RAN THE STOP LIGHT AND COLLIDED WITH VEHICLE TWO. NO INJURIES FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE ONE AND VEHICLE TWO. VEHICLE ONE CITED FOR FAILURE TO OBEY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE.
