UNIT #1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON W66 OUT OF COTTER. UNIT #2 WAS WEST BOUND ON HWY 92. UNIT #1 FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY UPON ENTERING HWY 92 AND WAS STRUCK BY UNIT #2.
