NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHWEST BOUND ON HIGHWAY 5 JUST BEFORE JASPER ST. THE OPERATOR OF UNIT 1 REACHED INTO THE BACK SEAT TO PUT HER DAUGHTERS DRINK IN THE CUP HOLDER. WHEN THE OPERATOR LOOKED UP SHE WAS HEADED INTO THE MEDIAN. THE OPERATOR OF UNIT 1 THEN OVERCORRECTED AND LOST CONTROL ROLLING INTO THE NORTH DITCH.
