UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON COUNTY ROAD W-20 1 MILE NORTH OF MT. STERLING. UNIT #1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, OVERCORRECTED AND LOST CONTROL. UNIT #1 CAME TO REST IN THE EAST DITCH.
