NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS MERGING ONTO INTERSTATE 80 FROM MERLE HAY ROAD. VEHICLE 2 WAS EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL. VEHICLE 1 WAS TRYING TO MERGE INTO TRAFFIC. VEHICLE 1 THEN HIT THE REAR OF THE TRAILER OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 NEVER STOPPED AND CONTINUED EAST BOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 FROM MERLE HAY RD.
