NARRATIVE

UNIT #2 WAS BEING PURSED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLES AND WOULD NO STOP OR YIELD TO LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH ACTIVATED LIGHTS AND SIRENS. BOTH UNITS WERE EASTBOUND ON WEST BROADWAY IN COUNCIL BLUFFS. UNIT #1 IS A DOT ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE AND TRIED TO GET IN FRONT OF UNIT #2 TO SLOW IT DOWN.UNIT #2 INTENTIONALLY CRASHED INTO THE FRONT OF UNIT #1, PERMENTLY DISABLING UNIT #1.
