NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON I-80 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL NEAR NW BEAVER DR. UNIT 1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE FRONT OF UNIT 1 STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL ON THE SHOULDER OF EASTBOUND I-80 AT NW BEAVER DR. MR. MEHMEDOVIC WAS UNRESPONSIVE, BUT BREATHING WHEN I ARRIVED ON SCENE. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO MERCY HOSPITAL. IT WAS DETERMINED AT THE HOSPITAL THAT MR. MEHMEDOVIC HAD SUFFERED A SEIZURE WHILE DRIVING. I SPOKE WITH HIS DAUGHTER ZEJNA WHO ADVISED THAT HE HAS SUFFERED FROM SIEZURES IN THE PAST.
