VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND IN RIGHT LANE VEHICLE 2 WAS WESTBOUND IN RIGHT LANE AND TRIED TO AVOID CONTACT DUE TO DIFFERENCE IN SPEED BY STEERING TO THE RIGHT CONTACT WAS MADE BOTH VEHICLES TRAVELLED OFF THE ROAD TO THE LEFT ACROSS MEDIAN AND INTO THE EASTBOUND LANES
