NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON I-80 AT THE 264 MILE MARKER. VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED THE SOUTH DITCH. AS IT ENTERED THE DITCH, IT BEGAN TO SPIN IN A COUNTER CLOCKWISE DIRECTION AND STRUCK SEVERAL TREES.
