NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE INSIDE LANE OF WEST BOUND INTERSTATE 280. DUE TO EXISTING WEATHER (HAIL AND FREEZING RAIN) AND ROADWAY CONDITIONS (ICE) THE VEHICLE LOST SURFACE TRACTION AND ENTERED INTO A SPIN, COLLIDING WITH THE INSIDE CONCRETE BARRIER AND THEN SPINNING OFF THE BARRIER AND COLLIDING WITH THE OUTSIDE CONCRETE BARRIER.
