NARRATIVE

#1 VEHICLE WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 4. THE ROADWAY WAS 100% SNOW AND ICE COVERED. #1 VEHICLE SLID INTO THE EAST GUARDRAIL AND THEN CONTINUED INTO THE EAST DITCH. ACCIDENT WAS DUE TO THE ROADWAY CONDITIONS.
