NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 TURNED FROM WB D41 ON TO SB HWY 61 ENT. RAMP AND SLOWED TO A STOP BECAUSE A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM LOST CONTROL, THIS VEHICLE WENT INTO THE RIGHT DITCH. VEHICLE #2 RAN INTO THE BACK VEHICLE #1. THE NONCONTACT VEHICLE DROVE OUT OF THE DITCH AND LEFT, LATER I LOCATED THAT VEHICLE.
