NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling SB on I-29, coming from Dunlap, IA. Vehicle #2 wastraveling NB on I-29, coming from Omaha, NE. Vehicle #2 lost control of his vehicle in the snow and crossed the median. Vehicle #1 then struck Vehicle #2 in the right lane of I-29 NB. Both vehicles come to rest in the NB lanes of I-29. Vehicle #2 was unable to avoid Vehicle #1. Driver #1 stated that he was unsure of what happen. Alcohol was involved, PBT should that Driver #1 was under .08.
