NARRATIVE

VEHICLES 1 AND 2 WERE WESTBOUND IN THE RIGHT LANE. VEHICLE 2 WAS IN FRONT OF VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 2 STARTED TO FISHTAIL, VEHICLE 1 WENT TO THE LEFT LANE TO TRY TO AVOID VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 SPUN AROUND. THE REAR OF VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER.
