NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON BLAIRSFERRY RD. ROAD CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WERE COMPLETELY ICE COVERED. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 ONE LOST CONTROL, CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, CROSSED THE WEST BOUND LANE AND ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH. VEHICLE 1 ROLLED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING NORTHWEST.
