NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON I80 WEST. THE ROAD CONDITIONS WERE WET WITH MODERATE RAIN. VEHICLE 1 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL, THE CAR LEFT THE LANE OF TRAVEL, CROSSED THE INSIDE SHOULDER AND STRUCK THE MEDIAN CONCRETE BARRIER. VEHICLE 1 THEN PULLED TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER AND CAME TO REST.
