VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON BLAIRSFERRY RD. THE ROAD CONDITIONS WERE COMPLETELY ICE COVERED. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL, TRAVELED ACROSS THE SOUTH BOUND LANE AND ENTERED THE WEST DITCH. VEHICLE 1 ROLLED ONTO IT'S TOP COMING TO REST IN THE WEST DITCH
