NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 34 @ 297TH AVE WHEN A WESTBOUND SEMI THROW SNOW AND SLUSH ON TO THE WINDSHIELD OF UNIT ONE RESTRICTING THE VISION OF THE DRIVER. UNIT ONE THEN CAME OVER THE TOP OF A HILL WHERE UNIT TWO HAD SLOWED TO MAKE A LEFT TURN ON TO 297TH AVE. UNIT ONE THEN COLLIDED WITH UNIT TWO AS THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE SWERVED LEFT TO AVOID A COLLISION. THE TRAILER, IA PLATED RW4048 IS WHAT MADE CONTACT WITH UNIT TWO. BOTH DRIVERS REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. UNIT TWO REQUIRED A TOW OUT OF THE DITCH BUT WAS OPERATIONAL AFTER REMOVED FROM THE DITCH.
