NARRATIVE

UNIT TWO WAS SLOWED WAITING FOR TRAFFIC TO TURN AT THE STOP LIGHT AT BUXTON AND HIGHWAY 92. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE HAD TAKING HIS EYES OFF THE ROAD TO ANSWER HIS CELL PHONE, WHEN UNIT ONE STRUCK THE REAR END OF UNIT TWO. BOTH DRIVERS REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. UNIT TWO WAS ABLE TO DRIVE AWAY FROM THE SCENE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE MADE ARRAIGNMENTS TO GET HIS VEHICLE REMOVED.
