NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS EAST BOUND ON I-80 AT THE 142 MILE MARKER WHEN IT LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL TWICE, THEN WENT DOWN THE EMBANKMENT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD, BREAKING THROUGH A FENCE AT THE BOTTOM.
