NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS HEADING WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY T-23 WHEN IT WAS UNABLE TO STOP AT THE POSTED STOP SIGN AT HIGHWAY 5 DUE TO THE ROAD CONDITIONS (SNOW). UNIT 2 WAS HEADING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 5 WHEN UNIT 1 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION ON HIGHWAY 5 AND HIGHWAY T-23 JCT. STRIKING UNIT 2. NO ONE WAS INJURED.
