VEHICLE ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-35. VEHICLE WAS PASSING A SEMI ALSO GOING SOUTH ON I-35. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE CAUGHT THE INSIDE SHOULDER OF I-35, OVERCORRECTING AND ROLLING INTO THE WEST DITCH OF I-35.
