NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS SOUTH BOUND AT THE 34 MILE MAKER. VISABILITY WAS VERY POOR DUE TO THE BLOWING SNOW. VEHICLE ONE STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL WTH THE RIGHT FRONT PANEL. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED ALONG THE GUARD RAIL UNTIL IT ENDED. THE VEHCLE THEN TRAVEL DOEN THE HILLSIDE UNTIL IT CAME TO REST.ABOUT HALF WAY DOWN THE HILLSIDE.
