UNIT 1 WAS NB ON I29. UNIT 2 WAS NB ON I29. UNIT 2 CAME UP BEHIND UNIT 1 AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP PRIOR TO STRIKING THE REAR OF UNIT 1. IT WAS NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT THE TIME.
