NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON I-35 AT THE 26.75 MM. UNIT 2 WAS ALSO TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE SAME LOCATION. THE ROADWAY AT THAT TIME WAS COMPLETELY COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE. UNIT 1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS UNIT 2. UNIT 1 BEGAN TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. UNIT 1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE PATH OF UNIT 2. UNIT 2 STRUCK UNIT 1. UNIT 1 ENTERED THE EAST DITCH AND CAME TO REST. UNIT 2 PULLED OFF ONTO THE SHOULDER.
