NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 26.5 MM. THE ROADWAY WAS COVERED WITH ICE AND SNOW AT THAT TIME. UNIT 1 WAS CHANGING LANES WHEN THE VEHICLE HIT A SLICK SPOT AND BEGAN TO SPIN. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. UNIT 1 ENTERED THE EAST DITCH AND CAME TO REST.
