VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-29 AND FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE NORTHBOUND LANES. VEHICLE #1 WENT INTO THE DITCH, THROUGH A FENCE AND INTO A FIELD AND CAME TO A REST FACING NORTH.
