NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-35, THE DRIVER WAS TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE AND WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE STARTED TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY TOWARDS THE MEDIAN AND THE SUBJECT OVER CORRECTED AND ROLLED THE VEHICLE THREE TIMES, BEFORE IT CAME TO REST IN THE WEST DITCH.
