UNIT ONE WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE, UNIT TWO WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE INSIDE LANE BEHIND UNIT ONE. UNIT ONE MADE A LEFT TURN IN FRONT OF UNIT TWO AND WAS STRUCK BROADSIDE.
