VEHICLE WAS GOING SOUTH ON I-35. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE HIT AN ICEY STRETCH, AND LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE ONE. VEHICLE ONE ROLLED INTO THE WEST DITCH. VEHICLE ONE WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED.
