NARRATIVE

ON 02/15/11 AT APPROXIMATELY 12:26 HOURS UNIT ONE LEFT THE ROAD ON HIGHWAY 30 WESTBOUND AT MILE MARKER 150. WHEN UNIT ONE LEFT THE ROAD IT WAS IN THE RIGHT LANE AND DROVE ONTO THE RIGHT SHOULDER. UNIT ONE THEN MADE CONTACT WITH THE BRIDGE RAIL AND THEN SLID AGAINST THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE BRIDGE FROM THE TRACTOR TO THE END OF THE TRAILER. UNIT ONE THEN OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST FACING EASTBOUND ON THE INSIDE LANES OF TRAFFIC.
