NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 52. VEHICLE 1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS ANOTHER SOUTHBOUND VEHICLE. THE SURFACE CONDITIONS WERE WET WITH AREAS TURNING TO ICE. AS VEHICLE 1 PASSED, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND SLID INTO THE WEST DITCH. VEHICLE 1 HAD NO CANTACT WITH ANY OTHER VEHICLES AND CAME TO REST IN THE WEST DITCH FACING NORTH.
