NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS TRAVELING WEST ON 160TH ST WHEN TRYING TO SLOW FOR INTERSECTION AND STOP SIGN. THE GRAVEL ROAD WAS 100 PERCENT ICE AND THE CAR BEGAN TO SLIDE THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WHEN THE DRIVER STEERED LEFT TO TRY AND AVOID COLLIDING WITH A SOUTHBOUND COUNT SNOW / SAND TRUCK. THE COUNTY PLOW MOVED OVER TO THE RIGHT AS MUCH AS HE COULD TO AVOID IMPACT BUT THE CAR SLID INTO THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE AND FENDER AREA OF CAR. THE TRUCK SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RUNNING BOARD AREA NEAR FUEL TANK. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED BY EITHER PARTY AND BOTH CARS WERE DRIVABLE.
