NARRATIVE

UNIT# 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON US HWY 218 AT THE 222.65 MILE MARKER. THE OPERATOR OF UNIT# 1 LOST CONTROL AND JACKNIFED. UNIT# 1 CAME TO REST BLOCKING THE NORTHBOUND LANES. THE ROADWAY WAS COMPLETELY ICE COVERED. OPERATOR OF UNIT# 1 WAS NOT INJURED.
