NARRATIVE

UNIT# 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON US HWY 218. AT THE 222.65 MILEMARKER, UNIT# 1 OPERATOR BRAKED TO AVOID A SEMI BLOCKING THE NORTHBOUND LANES FROM A PREVIOUS ACCIDENT. UNIT# 1 THEN JACKNIFED AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH STRIKING A UTILITY POLE. THE OPERATOR OF UNIT# 1 RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES.
