NARRATIVE

VEHS #1 & #2 WERE BOTH EAST BOUND ON I-80. VEH#1 WAS PASSING VEH#2, VEH#1 MOVED BACK INTO RIGHT LANE PRIOR TO CLEARING VEH#2. VEH#1 STRUCK VEH#2 IN LEFT SIDE AND SPUN VEH#2 AROUND IN FRONT OF VEH#1 AND SENT VEH#2 INTO MEDIAN. BOTH VEHS WERE ON RIGHT SHOULDER WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED.
