NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON WELCOME WAY RESPONDING TO MULTIPLE ACCIDENTS AT 46TH STREET. UNIT #2 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON WELCOME WAY IN FRONT OF UNIT #1. UNIT #2 SLOWED DOWN BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC AHEAD AND ROAD CONDITIONS. UNIT #1 MADE CONTACT WITH THE CURB PUSHING HIM TOWARDS UNIT #2. DUE TO ROAD CONDITIONS UNIT #1 WAS UNABLE TO STOP BEFORE MAKING CONTACT WITH UNIT #2.
