NARRATIVE

UNITS #1 AND #2 WERE EB ON I-235 APPROACHING E 6TH ST. DRIVER OF UNIT #1 SAID HE BLACKED OUT. UNIT #1 HIT THE SNOW BANK ALONG THE JERSEY WALL ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER. UNIT #1 THEN WENT BACK INTO TRAFFIC AND HIT UNIT #2 IN THE RIGHT REAR. UNIT #2 SPUN OUT OF CONTROL COMING TO REST ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER. UNIT #1 HIT THE INSIDE JERSEY WALL COMING TO REST ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER.
