UNIT 1 WAS EAST BOUND I-80 WHEN IT LOST CONTROL DUE TO THE SURFACE CONDITIONS AND STRUCK THE CENTER CEMENT BARRIER SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE COMING TO REST ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER.
