NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON INTERSTATE 380 AT THE HIGHWAY 965 OVERPASS BRIDGE,IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN IT APPROACHED A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TRUCK REMOVING SNOW FROM THE BRIDGE. UNIT 2 WAS ALSO NORTH BOUND. UNIT 1 CHANGED LANES INTO THE RIGHT LANE TO PASS UNIT 2. UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH UNIT 2.
