VEHICLE #1 WAS GOING EAST ON HIGHWAY 30 WHEN IT LOST CONTROL ON THE ICE COVERED ROAD, ENTERED THE SOUTH DITCH, ROLLED OVER, AND STRUCK A STORAGE BUILDING OFF THE RIGHT OF WAY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
