NARRATIVE

VEHICLE # 1 AND # 2 WERE TRAVELING WEST BOUND. VEHICLE # 1 SLOWED DUE TO A PRIOR ACCIDENT. VEHICLE # 2 COULD NOT GET STOPPED IN AN ASSURED DISTANCE AND COLLIDED WITH THE REAR OF VEHICLE # 1. BOTH VEHICLES WERE MOVED OFF THE INTERSTATE. I TROOPER CURRENT, WAS NOT AT THE ACCIDENT SCENE. BOTH VEHICLE'S WERE MOVED TO MY LOCATION AT A PRIOR ACCIDENT.
