NARRATIVE

VEHICLE NO. 1 WAS EAST BOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN LEFT LANE NEXT TO VEHICLE NO. 2. VEHICLE NO. 2 CHANGED LANES FORCING VEHICLE NO. 1 INTO MEDIAN CAUSING VEHCLE TO GO OUT OF CONTROL. VEHICLE STRUCK THE LEFTS SIDE OF VEHICLE NO.2 STRIKING THE TRAILER AND THEN THE BRIDGE RAILING. VEHICLE NO. 1 CAME TO REST ON LEFT SHOULDER AND LEFT LANE. VEHICLE NO. 2 STOPPED ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER EAST OF COLLISION SCENE. VEHICLE NO. 1 WAS TOTALED AND HAD TO BE TOWED. VEHICLE NO. 2 WAS ABLE TO DRIVE FROM THE SCENE.
