NARRATIVE

VEH #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON I-80 AT THE 50.55 MILE MARKER WHEN IT ENTERED ONTO AN ICE-COVERED BRIDGE. THE DRIVER OF VEH #1 BEGAN TO USE EVASIVE MANEUVERS OF BRAKING AND COUNTER-STEERING TO REGAIN CONTROL BUT WAS UNABLE TO. VEH #1 THEN LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND ROLLED OVER IN THE SOUTH DITCH, COMING TO REST ON IT'S WHEELS.
